City on high: Città Alta, Bergamo in Lombardy, Italy

The upper city of Bergamo, Città Alta is a UNESCO world heritage site located in the foothills of the Alps northeast of Milan. It’s surrounded by 16th century Venetian Walls and beautiful views beyond that. Well worth a visit!

Bosco accompanying a terrifying new friend to the dentist – think of the Abominable Snowman and Hermes the Dentist in Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
Very cool meridian and analemma a that is, solar clock and calendar
Just horsing around
Cool tower peeking down at us as we stroll through town
Fountains are fun
The city walls afford beautiful views all the way around the city and are themselves impressive structures
